I saw the following URL maybe on this Forum :

If you go there, you can make a search for any hard to find components and then you can ask for a quote from them at the bottom of the results's pages. They are a kind of brokers, but I do not know them.
Though I have not turned to them for an offer yet, I often use their seach service because the results received help identify several makes of different components.
