| Matlab offer a Fixed Point Blockset you can use to implement the fixed point simulations.

Yes you can use the fixed point blokset within simulink . I have proved it, and is very nice. it provides a very exact simulation of problems wuth fized point implementation. Tell more about your problem and I can help you with this tool.
