Hi, this artical I have seen already (not indetailed). I need readymade downloading software that run on PC with quick and short help including hardware setup.
Is there any way of programming the DSP like Microchip/Atmel controllers support InCircuit programing?

Hi,
You need to use the serial boot loader f206sldr.exe utility for the host and the level converter for DSP plus a serial cable. That's all.
As far as I know this utility is obsolete so you can try this one: http://www.ti.com/sc/docs/tools/dsp/c2000/files/f240fl.zip

But I have f240fl.zip already, but I was confused to use it or not? are u sure?
I think I have to use RS232 level shifter only?

It's up to you. If you don't want to program the flash memory...

99%. I use the TMS320F2812 for the time being, though.

do you use FLASH API for programing F2812 via SCI?
If answer is yes, can you decribe for me the flash programing steps?
