Hi, vegeta!
It's very simple.
-In MWS click on navigation pannel to show S-parameters
-File-->Export-->Plot Data (ASCII)
That's all

A simple CTRL-C would copy S-parameter points in the clipboard along with some headers regarding the plot itself...
fast and efficient
