If you mean to change the modeler/structure view to XY,XZ or YZ then do the following:
Hold ALT button and DOUBLE-CLICK in one of the axes displayed in the modeler window. Alt-Clicking the Z axis will give you XY plane and so on...
If you Alt and double-click on the upper right corner of the modeler window, you will get a perspective view of your structure...
