hi, i need some inforamation about stepper motor controller,who has any idea about it,to impelement a controller in cpld ic,or which is the best site
that it has document & datasheet about stepper motor and controlling it.

There is a lot of information on the web about stepper control. Several chip manufacturers have dedicated chips for various types of control. You just need to do a G00GLE search.
A couple of sites that have good info on basic theory are:

The UCN5804 chip from Allegro looks nice although I couldn't find it.
If you know PICs or any MCU, you can write very simple code tocontrol the stepper
