This circuit is very good , but i need a single circuit to connect to my scope.

I need this kind of circuit to apply in some portable aplications in field.

I still searching for a V/I Curve tracer project to my scope ...

You could also try the Gootee Curve Tracer. It comes along as a kit complete with plans. Just as you required, it interfaces with an oscilloscope. Click on the link below for the details.
