In china, there are lots of software company, but only few of them have stable progerss.
what do you want to do?

| Frankly, I think , in this field if there is a big company that can back you, you may succeed. Because it need lots of work and spend lots of money first.

I think this types of product may not fit the local needs ,
and the biggest problems here was not the private copy ,i think , but the
marketing , there still have a long way to an open , fairly competion
and trading rules . Localization is also very important !!!

China is not well known for Software, your best bet will be India.
If you have any hardware manufacturing needs by all means check china.

Can u explain more specifically about the difference of 'service' and ‘software’
What services can be supplied in this example?
I think there's no pirate threat also.
Only the personal software will be pirated. Big enterprises-hospital alike-will not take the threads to pirate software! (Personally thinking)
