i designed a gprs project, it use mc35 moudle do gprs transmit data ,but limit some phonecode can be called or oncall. i want implement multiplexer protocols (gsm07.10),can you help me?

I am not sure , but it could the case that you can not has GPRS connection and use other services at the same time (let say make phone call, or SMS sending) , due to absent services on packet switching side (operator side).
I had a look at standard - it can take up to 2-4 man/months to get final implementation .
