How to go to Layout plus from Capture CIS ?

Hi, I am sorry. Yes, I should read that f***ing manual.
So maybe I should be ignored....
I am using version 14.2.
I've tried Tools->Export Netlist, but when opening up Layout plus it ask for files with another extension.

the first question you are being asked is the board template i think the file is default.tch. this file is available in your layout folder. Then it will ask you for the .mnl file which is ur netlist file.
