MOSFET gate drive circuit
Hi,
I am trying to drive a MOSFET in a dc-dc boost converter. Does anyone have a design that I can use in PSpice, or is there a chip already available in the PSpice library?

Go to Motorola, STM Websites.

Search there for a driver and you wil get your Pspice Model for it !

Dear friend
you can use a combination from push pull transistor(2N2222,2N2907) and transformer to drive mosfet.The best voltage to drive mosfet is 12 volt.
you can study application note in www.IRF.com
in this site you can find different type of mosfet drive.dependent of usage.
