SPI E2PROM Highest density
Hello!

Does anyone now any bigger E2PROM with SPI interface and 256kbit
or over with 1.000.000 Write cycles.

Any info is wellcome.

If you use IIC,there is a chip AT24c512 which is 512 kbit(64kbyte)
