slow the pc!
HI
any body know how can I slow my athlon 1.6 xp ?

I want to run some old program on win xp or win 98 but these windows are very fast for this program .

is there a software ( on windows base) that can slow my computer ?

If you don't want stable for pc win98 is very fast for very program and use low resource
