Hi,
My reply to this post but its not referenced to simulation. But if you are simulating maybe you can help....
Can we make something using MEMS "at home" i.e. without expencive equipment to make the prototype?

I was extremely successful in designing MEMS with EM3DS. For my particular needs (RF Mems - don't know your application) this was the best choice.
