Xilinx give away the schematics/layour for at least one of their dev boards. Go to...

Select "Virtex2-Pro Boards", and then the ML300 board (not the version with Windriver). There are schematics and layout available there in PDF format. This is one monster of a stand-alone PC board (I've heard reports that they are running x-windows/linux and Quake on the internal PowerPC processor!) so having the design files available is a great resource...
