what're pal,gal,pld,spld,cpld,peel,fpga and asic? how can i program them, where to use them? what's the difference among them?

pal = gal = pld = in same level but don't same logic design in inside
cpld = next movement of pld ... look at @ltera search using elektroda
fpga = like cpld but more cool ... look at @ltera and xilinx site or you can search using elektroda
asic = is most using for indrustrial because the cost is cheaper ... take alook at elektroda search
