Where I can find the schematic for a programmer for mcu 68hc05/11 but not this with one max232 a little more complicated ? Shocked

Why you don't want to use this MAX232 programer. If you don't use this read in tech. docs for this CPU - you will need from external EPROM to load code to mikrocontroler. This CPU is self programable and you have to load code to some memory - for example 27c256 with another programer which is dificult.

I look for another programmer if exist one because this is a little unstabile,and I have destroyed some mcu with him.
