I need these datasheets:

8085 microprocessor
8155 RAM, I/o and timer
8251 USART

Can you help me?

Is 8255 compatible with 8155?

No it's not the 8155 has 256 bytes ram and only 2 pio ports i think.
BTW this chip is obsolete. ;maybe hard to find
