| which is the best harddisk maintenanc utility? I only know of Norton System works and it doesn't satisfy me so much

What do you want to do with your harddisk?
Defragment, Partition (without loosing the data), Backup, Restore, securely delete files or repair after a crash or or or ?

ALL OF THESE WITH MORE EMPHASIS ON DERAGMANTATION AND REPAIR AFTER CRASH
