WGL format!

Can anybody tell me how to generate WGL format for test machine ?

If you are using some ATPG tool (example:- TatreMax by Synopsys), there's an option for you to choose to generate WGL format. The default/normal format would be STIL.

If none, perhaps you would have to write your own wgl (text-based) format.
