| I meet problem in an nonstandard wlan project, anyone could give me some suggestions on "PA with power down mode for 340MHz"

Does it mean that considering an amplifier that works @ 340MHz with Power Down Feature ?

yes. It is used in a TDD mode, so a power down func is required especially when the output noise floor is not very low. I initially found a chip from RFMD, but its on/off time is too long(>100us).

| Do you have any control on the system design? Making the packets longer and less frequent will allow the >100us amplifier to work.

I tried to connect with the Base band designer and got some compromize of switching time. Also I think I should change the capcitor connected to the switch to reduce the switching time.
