Is there any consideration about RF energy radiation protection
when add a power supply from Labs?

So if the output match is not good there
may cause radiation to DC supply
,may destroy our voltage supply,is that really?

Concerning direct RF coupling to the supply: you supply your PA from the DC supply through a decoupling network (quarter wave+decoupling caps, maybe aslo ferrite bead sometimes). This will trap any RF from coupling through to your DC suply.

Concerning Radiation? No, radiation is too small and attenuated that it will not cause a damage to a DC supply, as flatulent described above.

take care the size if the box it can be a wave guide ...

Yes ,I have found there was some wave guide effect caused from box .
If not consider this ,a little energy of second level may return to first level .
