Does anybody uses CircutSemant~cs tools? Like Dyna/Cell?
Or other tools?

| I'm also doing digital cell characterization but not using those tools. Have u tried Silvaco SmartSpice?

I'm interested in building a syno~sys library (or a caden~e TLF) starting from a spice netlist. Is smartSpice good for this?
