Which phone from motorol@ can be easily converted to a gsm sc(at)nner??

ok, any phone can be converted to a scanner.
However, there was one from Motorol@ made it very easy
to convert to a GSM gsm scanner. I heard the fbi had
banned further production when someone had first suceeded to
do so.
