Someone can give me an advice about a 32 bit microcontroller with these caracteristics:
- cheapest!!!
- hw multiplier
- serial port
- flash on chip
- on board programming
- fast
it's for motion control applications.
What about fujitsu uC @ 32 bits?

Have a look at MB91F364 - only 10 EUR: 32MHz, 256k Flash, 16k RAM, CAN, 4 UARTs, ADC, DAC - pretty nice.

SH-2 Hitachi series can bee good..
still AT91 ARM Thumb series by ATMEL can be a good chioce
With the ARM you have stil more software avaliable...
