| When I run Design Capture,It only display the logo,then no response.When I open task manager,Kill vblm7.exe,then Design Capture begin running and display the window,now It is OK.What's wrong?

In WG2002 if U use VBLMD7.exe to path Design Capture, it work not good, U should be use generate license from Your Host ID, It will work on WG2002 and EN2002.

| I don't patch vblm7.exe.I use a valid license file.Expedition run smoothly without problem.But to Design Capture,after check license,then hang up.
