is it possible to interface specctra to P*otel dxp?

Yes - it is very simple.

From the PCB document, use menu File>Save As>Save as type:>Export Specctr@ Design File (*.dsn).

When Specctr@ finishes routing, from the PCB document use menu File>Import>Files of type:>Specctr@ Route File (*.rte).
