Proteus is it a industry standard tool on par with orcad
bcos i d/l it and tried the demo i dont find it user friendly
i found all their demos and examples running beutifully but when i tried a normal inverting amplifier i didnt find a waveform in the display window
is it possible for any1 to tell me a step by step procedure in designing a small inverting amplifier using ua 741
in proteus

what total rubbish
proteus far outweights orcad
orcad is total rubbish
and is only a pcb entry tool
has no simulation and is quite useless unless your designing very big pcb's

then this is your error not proteus
the demo wont function for your own designs
try using real software not a demo
you may get somewhere
