Post12 Mar 2003 13:15   National Semiconductors

National Semiconductors:

LM2651 (see Datasheet):
1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, or ADJ output voltage
4V to 14V input voltage range
High efficiency over a 1.5A to milliamperes load range
Ultra high efficiency up to 97%

This IC costs not very much!

Do you want a switch mode power supply or a linear regulator?
