It is still completely free with no limits.
New features include:
PCB Print/Plot Wizard.
This will print a series of prints/plots of the different layers
of a PCB at a user defined scale e.g. 1:1 or 1:2.
Plot labels can be automatically added and pads drawn with or
without holes. You can preview the output before printing.
Supports those big A0 plotters you all have!
Regular Printing.
Multiple page printing now supported at fit-to-page or
specified scale (print is auto-centered on the page)
Bug Fix:
Bitmaps now drawn correctly.
AutoTRAX is a complete, fully featured and totally free electronics
design system which includes schematic capture, simulation,
PCB design, 3D visualization and CAM. You can take your design from
concept via schematic capture through to PCB and final manufacture.
Drag parts from the parts library onto one or more schematic pages,
connect them together and add virtual instruments such as function
generators and oscilloscopes to simulate and verify your design.
Next use the integral PCB Design Wizard to create your PCB. Use the
auto-layout and auto-router tools to help you complete your design.
You can use the forward/backward annotation function to ensure
design synchronization between schematic and PCB. Finally view your
PCB in 3D before it has even been manufactured and generate Bill of
Material Files, Gerber plot files and 2D/3D CAD/CAM files.

This had been advertised in the EpE magazine and realy seems to be a super product (it`s free ).
I have used it and I do not feel happy with it. It seems overcomplicated and it does not have a good feel when you are using it.
I have not used the full pack of tools yet the pcb pack section does not work well

Autotrax work fine, and 3-D option
is very useful, I really use it sometimes for spatial simulation
of small, but high element density PCBs.
But ....it is actually complicated for use,
not user friendly, without real help, it's libraries very very poor
and if you want to create new footprint or 3D
you'll meet many surprises.....
But it's free !!!! Any other with 3D simulation
cost 10k$.
