I have a copy of flotherm 3.2 to do thermal simulation.
I would like to use the software correctly

Any tools around to acheive good simulation and results ?
(aka: lic.dat) ???

About Flotherm. Did anyone run the examples with the PC CPU heatsink? Why can't we see the temperature of the heatsink, chip packaging and the die temperature?

Anyone knows how to enable this?

The temperature distribution of solid can be shown in FLOMOTION.
You can set a visualization plane in VISUALIZATION.
Or you can set monitor points and find the values in result table.
