1. micronas has teletext decoder solution, u may go to its website to see it's reference design. www.micronas.com
2. independent TV design : u may need to build a external box, which contains teletext decoder+video decoder+ video encoder, its output format can be s-video or composite.
3. customed tv design: u need to understand tv's internal circuit design first. then build up a board installed into tv. but i think this is more difficult and hard to it.
