| This site at: http://tech-www.informatik.uni-hamburg.de/vhdl/ has 16C5x under GPL. There are other interesting stuff there ,too. Enjoy.

BTW, PIC is microCONTROLLER, not microPROCESSOR.

I saw somebody talking about a PIC16F84 implementation in VHDL:
