Common mode noise absent?

i just did 10W boost SMPS (vin = 14V, vout = 26V)

There is no heatsink on the fet.
There are no switch mode transformers.

so can i assume that i havent got any common mode noise? -since there is nothing near the circuit to act to couple the noise out, except a gropunded metal enclosure -but thats at least 5mm away from any part of the circuit.

So i can assume i have no common mode noise?
