Editing an existing Flash Symbol

1. How do you edit an existing flash symbol?

2. I want to use positive planes for ground. I’m having trouble understanding how to create via for this approach.

Here’s my attempt for a 10mil drill. I don’t think my ground connect vias are connecting to the plane properly.

Is there any one who can respond to my 2 new querries
