I am doing the segmentation for the Iris Image.

The "Active Contour" method is based on the intensity of each pixel. However, they asked me to replace the intensity with the response of the Gabor filter.

But I have no idea about the parameters for the Gabor Filter.

I found a online image processing website.

and I got the result with the following parameters.

I don't now how to modify the parameters to satisfy their needs:"the response of the gabor filter is just like the intensity: the pupil, iris, and the outer area's responses are different from each other."
