Hi everyone,
Can you please suggest me a topic for my masters' project in analog IC design.I am looking for a project that could combine the concepts of analog design and digital modulation circuit.
In my communication class, I learnt many block levels circuits used in digital communication like Integrators, Co-relators, ADC ,DAC , Phase modulator etc. but I was wondering if implementing their design in analog IC project would be a good idea.
Even topics for thesis are welcome.Thanking you all in anticipation.

Switching Power amplifier (e.g. Class D) or Switch mode power supply design seems pretty optimum choices for your specification. I have myself worked on Class D amplifiers a few years back
