In cst 3d simulation, Which is more accurate?

In CST MICROWAVE STUDIO frequency domain solver,

1. mesh 2,000,000 & 1st order(low memory)
2. mesh 350,000 & 2nd order(high memory) & adaptive mesh refinement(about 5~6 number of passes)

In general, which is more accurate?
