p-type mosfet.....
Hi All,
I need to incorporate the mosfet for switching purpose with following spects:
I need, a very small SMD switching mosfet
1) Type: P type mosfet
2) Package: SMT SOT23
3) Rds: lass than 1 Ohm.
4) Vds and Ids 20V and less than 200mA


PLZ SUGGEST ME THE MOSFET TO BE USED WITH ABOVE SPECIFICATIONS.
