How to calulate the specification of a amplifier?

Hi all:
Hi all: I'm designing a PIPELINE ADC, whose specification is Resolution, Sampling rate, power supply, Input range, Power dissipation, DNL, JNL and so on. How to calulate the specification of a amplifier? such as Input Voltage, Differential Input Swing, Output Voltage, Differential Output Swing and Input referred noise?

Help me please, thanx!!!
