I have been looking for analog design job in China after I got laid off one year ago. After submitting many applications, I have received NO response. Can someone tell me why?
My background
master degree in microelectronics from university of toronto, canada.
8 year Canada and U.S. working experience in analog design (USB2.0, PLL, etc.)
asked for local (china) salary package
currently living in hong kong

maybe your resume has a spelling mistake?

if that's the case, then leave out some stuff on your resume.. like masters degree. and apply for mid level engienering position.
once you're in.. then you can WOW them with your ability and quickly rise to manager position.
