im shams ...
im member of some engineering group , working on microelectronic devices and circuits design ...
now im looking for complete standard cell parameters i really thank if any one could help me in this relation ...
also i need to know the parameters of mosfet as a most important element in standard cells ...
i mean what are the standard parameters of mosfet transistor which lead to standard parameters of basic cells
