NXP LPC1768 ARM Cortex-M3 Board


The LPC1768 evaluation board is based on ARM Cortex-M3 processor from NXP, its operating frequency is up to 100MHz, with 512KB high-speed on-Chip Flash Memory and 64KB RAM, together with a colour QVGA LCD, Ethernet, USB, CAN, SD/MMC card interface, and UARTs.
* 100MHz Cortex-M3, 512KB Flash,64KB SRAM
* 240x320 TFT LCD, 2.4"
* Plenty of example source code
* RoHS compliance

NXP LPC2478 ARM7S Board


This LPC2478 Board is based on a ARM7S processor, I guess it would be the one you want. Following is the information about the board:

LPC2478 evaluation board is based on ARM7TDMI-S Core, running at up to 72MHz, with 512KB internal flash memory and 98KB SRAM, together with comprehensive external memory: 128MB NandFlash, 32MB SDRAM, 2MB NorFlash and 512KB external SRAM (optional). The board features: two RS232 interfaces, USB HOST and OTG circuit, I2S interface circuit, I2C memory circuit, TFT LCD interface, CAN, SD/MMC, 10/100MB Ethernet, JTAG debug interface, etc.
* Source code of web server (httpd protocol ported).
* Support TFT(5:6:5)LCD interface, with Buffer driver.
* Plenty of software examples.
