PEX warnings: ot creating terminal INP in (AMP1 calibre)

PEX warnings
when calibre PEX netlisting, there exists the following warnings in CIW :

warning:Not creating terminal INP in (AMP1 calibre) since matching terminal was not found on symbol;

Net name prefix "net" will collide with existing wire names, using "net_"

what is the separate meaning of the above? and how to solve them?

pls help me. thanks.
