sn75176
using sn75176 i want to connect rs485 devices(like meters and other measuring instruments)

please help me how to connect controler to rs485 measuring instruments by using sn75176 ic.

Hi

You will need to use the micro UART pin TX & RX and an I/O pin for TX /RX select

Connect it together to the Driver (75xxx) enable - disable pin (master mode)

If you are working in slave mode you will need to use the network protocol as a part of you software layer
