BC328 -> BC807 Looks a good match.

BC338 -> BC817 Looks a good match.

Note the lower Collector Power Dissipation 625 vs 310mW due to the smd package.
Take care to read any special mounting instructions with SMD. if dissipating any power, the heat is often dissipated through the legs of the IC and may require a special foot print.
As with all 3 leg fuses, application is very important 1000's of equivalents can often exist.
Hope this helps
Regards
Ian

I am not sure what bx70h smd and bx71h smd are?
Can you link me to datasheets, spec, schematic and the application?
Is this for a new design or a repair?
