a question about code converage
now i wirte some simple verilog code. take adder4_lookahead for a example,after simulation with modelsim6.1,i find my code converage can't rearch 100%，
my result is the following,my toggle code converage is just 28.2%,
and results shows the toggle nodes is 78,toggle hints is 22 and toggle miss is 56,
who knows what they are!

i rewrite my code several times,and this puzzle also exists,is anyone can tell me the exactly meaning of toggle nodes,toggle hints and toggle miss,
only knowing this can i correctly amend my code!
