Hspice simulator and schematic capture for PC
Hi
Anyone know where to buy Hspice simulator and schematic capture for PC? I have Hspice simulator from cadence but use for windows 98 only. Thanks

HI There are many SPICE simulators available or PC,

SOme are much better than others. My favorite is :

I have never used this:

This is an oldie, never worked for me!

I try to use one spice simulator from linear tech but its library does not have transistor pmos and nmos. It has bjt only

Hspice simulator and schematic capture for PC
You can add your own SPICE components. I am also surprised that it does not have PMOS and NMOS, I am pretty sure I used them long time ago.
