How to do FastScan ATPG 0,1-filling?
Deal all:

I could not find in Mentor Graphics FastScan User Guide that tells how to do 0-filling, 1-filling, X-filling or random filling when generating ATPG patterns.

I think it is a basic feature of ATPG tools. Why cannot I find such command for Fastscan?
