SIM300D antenna traces routing

Hello

I am putting SIM300D in my design. It provides GSM RF antenna interface via its SMD pins. Manual says that the routing should be a microstrip line to the antenna. I intend to connect it to an off-the-shelf patch antenna. What I understand is that it means that RF_IN trace will be routed above and RF GND precisely below it on the other side of the PCB. To do this I will have to put a via for RF GND trace. Is this ok?

Had anybody else put a SIM300D on their board and can help?

Thanks in advance.
